Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

This policy sets out how WanjuMail may and may not be used. It exists to protect deliverability, our infrastructure, and the recipients of email sent through the platform, and is aligned with industry sending standards such as those published by Amazon SES.

Permission-based marketing

You may only send marketing email to recipients who have given clear, verifiable consent to receive it from you. Purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped lists are not permitted under any circumstances.

Spam

Sending unsolicited bulk email is prohibited. Every marketing message must include an accurate sender identity, a truthful subject line, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

Phishing

You may not use WanjuMail to send messages that impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or that attempt to deceive recipients into revealing credentials, financial information, or other sensitive data.

Malware

Messages must not contain viruses, malicious scripts, or links to sites that distribute malware or exploit software vulnerabilities.

Illegal activities

WanjuMail may not be used to promote or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, pyramid schemes, or the sale of goods and services prohibited by applicable law.

Copyright infringement

Messages must not contain content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted text, images, or trademarks used without authorization.

Prohibited content

Content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence is not permitted. We may also restrict categories that carry a high risk of complaints or legal exposure, such as unregulated financial products.

Bulk email requirements

Bulk senders must maintain low bounce and complaint rates, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, verify their sending domains, and remove invalid or unengaged addresses on a regular basis.

Suspension policy

We monitor sending activity for indicators of abuse, including high bounce rates, spam complaints, and blocklist activity. Accounts that violate this policy may be warned, rate-limited, suspended, or terminated, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Reporting violations

If you believe an account is violating this policy, please contact us through our contact page so we can investigate.
