Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of WanjuMail, a platform operated by Wanjutec Solutions ("Wanjutec Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using WanjuMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use WanjuMail only for lawful, permission-based email communication. Sending unsolicited bulk email, phishing content, malware, or messages that violate applicable law is prohibited. Full requirements are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of the emails you send, the accuracy of your subscriber lists, and obtaining and maintaining valid consent from recipients where required. You must comply with all applicable data protection and anti-spam laws in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located.
4. Service availability
We aim to keep WanjuMail available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service from time to time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
5. Intellectual property
WanjuMail, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Wanjutec Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload or send through the platform, and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if your use of the service creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanjutec Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WanjuMail. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WanjuMail after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
